There are only three major strategies how to be active on this network:<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember65\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><strong>STRATEGY I &#8211; INFLUENCE <\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"ember66\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><strong>STRATEGY F&amp;B &#8211; FAME AND BUSINESS <\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"ember67\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><strong>STRATEGY I&amp;B &#8211; INFLUENCE AND BUSINESS <\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"ember68\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">For some reason, too many people tend to apply F&amp;B. In most cases, it&#8217;s a mistake.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember69\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><strong>FAME AND BUSINESS means that you are famous and getting hundreds of interactions on posts. People start to recognize you at social events and you get demands from potential customers\/applications from potential employees. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"ember70\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">So far so good, huh?<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember71\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Provided that you will get there. Strategy F&amp;B needs talent, hard work, and luck. Only a few people can be true movie stars. Rocks stars. LinkedIn stars. It&#8217;s realistic to become one;<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember72\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">It&#8217;s not probable, though. And if you become one, it&#8217;s not guaranteed that it will last.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember73\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Some of you understand that, and this is what discourages you from LinkedIn communication in general.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember74\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Some of you get it and try anyway.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember75\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Few of you chose strategies I (INFLUENCE) or I&amp;B (INFLUENCE AND BUSINESS).<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember76\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><strong>I &#8211; means that you are fine with publishing just one post weekly and delivering your thoughts only to a narrow target group. Which is in so many cases the finest path. Most cost-efficient. You don&#8217;t need to get famous among a broad audience: what you need is to influence a key target group.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"ember77\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><strong>I&amp;B &#8211; means that you also need to get business meetings with those target people who were influenced by your communication. Most of them won&#8217;t write you a demand; hence, you need to private message them yourself.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"ember78\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">The magic here is that, in so many cases, it will work, and they will be happy to meet you!<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember79\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Remember that you shall already be in contact on LinkedIn, and it&#8217;s wise to evaluate the data to determine whether the counterpart was truly interested in your communication.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember80\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Here is an example of such data analysis:<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember81\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><a class=\"WIqYRhrgSwudTdkUSyFxlrSpLSzpijzZtNRIQ \" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/pulse\/who-exactly-reads-your-content-linkedin-let-us-see-names-pavljuk-\/?trackingId=X%2FPRJrtGTPuSDZRjagqVlQ%3D%3D\" target=\"_self\" data-test-app-aware-link=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Who exactly reads your content on LinkedIn? Let us see the names<\/a><\/p>\n<p id=\"ember82\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">And you need to write a good private message.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember83\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">And that&#8217;s it.
